Personality: Eichi is generally easy-going but he is not afraid of stepping into any situation. No matter what, he remains calm and collected.
Abilities: He is very smart and the badge around his neck will freeze time to where he can do what he wants to do. He is very powerful in the use of electricity, but he prefers to use it as a last resort.
Bio: Eichi and his little sister Yuuki were a common sight in Veilstone City, not only from being out and about, but also because of Eichi's position as a part of the police force. Eichi was in the middle of bringing Team Galactic's operations down when he accidentally killed an innocent bystander in the middle of a battle. He was greatly ashamed by this, so he took his only living relative, his little sister Yuuki, and left town in the dead of night. Many of Veilstone's citizens believed that Eichi, Yuuki, and their dogs had been killed in a house fire. The two soon met Kyoto and Kimiko and decided to accompany them to a new home.

Bio: Yuuki and her brother Eichi were a common sight in Veilstone City, due to her brother's responsibility of keeping the peace. At first, she was not allowed to assist Eichi in his work, but after a lot of convincing and training, she was able to help him and with the assistance of her friend, pet, and partner Kuragari, the city remained calm and quiet. After a tragic incident which resulted in the death of an innocent bystander, she left town with her brother and their partners. The two met up with the Lati-twins and they all decided to travel together, finally stopping at PTA.

Bio: Hinote and his sister Kuragari, both of the same litter, grew up with close bonds to each other as well as with Eichi and Yuuki, their partners in the police force. The four have been together since their early childhood and as a result, put full faith in each other. They are all together to this day with the addition of two new members, Kyoto and Kimiko.

Bio: Kuragari and her brother Hinote grew up closely with Eichi and Yuuki and assisted them in their police work. They have all been together since early chidhood and are still together with the addition of Kyoto and Kimiko.

Birthday: 5/6/1991
Species: Flareon. Rather than the usual red and yellow fur, her fur is blond with black streaks on the underside. Also, rather than the usual coal black eyes, her eyes are a piercing icy blue. She also has a tattoo of a green, tear-shaped peace sign on her left ankle, and she also has a bellybutton ring, as well as a silver tongue ring. She wears a black pendant around her neck.
Personality: She is relatively laid-back, but is never afraid of voicing her opinion. Sam is not easily intimidated, and is open to anyone. She is resilient, never allowing any inconvience of her life keep her down for long.
Abilities: Decent firepower and speed, can also sing well and is capable of playing the piano and the guitar as well. She is bisexual and loves to relax and joke around with her friends.
Bio: Sam was born on Newmoon island, and she was quick to earn respect and reputation. She formed close relationships with many others around the area, especially with Torri as well as her best friend Kayla the Umbreon, as well as her current lover, Justin the Mightyena.

If the tickler is someone she is familiar with, she will often not fight back but sit there and laugh.

Bio: Sunni was born on Newmoon but despite not being as public as her sister, she was well respected in the belief that she would be just like her sister.

Personality: She has a relatively positive outlook and prefers to listen to what others are saying rather than first voicing her opinion.

Bio: Sierra grew up with Tyke the Riolu, who she secretly admired for his "bravery, honesty, and all-around awesomeness." One day, she realized that she had feelings for him, but was unable to tell him because on her way to meet him, she was kidnapped and killed by a group of gang members. She was resurrected by a Flareon by the name of Flare here at PTA. She and Tyke have since then gotten together.

Bio: He was raised in the same environment as Tyke and Sierra, and he was devastated at the loss of his older sister. He developed a hatred for Tyke, and blamed him for Sierra's murder. However, he decided that he would make amends with Tyke after his sister came to him in a dream and showed him what really happened.

Name: Zoku (Japanese for "Traitor")
Age: 19
Birthday: January 31, 1990
Species: Lucario. He has cold black and red eyes. It has been said that his eyes are black with evil and red with the blood of his family.
Personality: Zoku is relatively secluded and can be a bit of a jerk; he has a cold personality and is usually feared by those he meets.
Bio: Zoku left his hometown to hone his skills, but he left his mark on his little brother, Tyke, with the psychological scars at seeing his family murdered in cold blood. He spared Tyke only because he wanted to fight him later in life, and possibly kill him. He is said to be the only one that Tyke ever showed any signs of fear, with the cause believed to have been that he abused Tyke and commonly used him as his training tool.

Bio: Stryke was orphaned when his father, who abused him and his mother, murdered his mother for her unfaithfulness to him. He was prepared to kill Stryke due to his potential use as a witness, but Stryke instead killed him in defense. The villagers, fearing for their lives when news got around, banished Stryke and forced him to become a wanderer. Stryke was found by a 12-year old Zoku, who took him under his wing and claimed that Stryke would become the greatest weapon if he were to join him.

Species: Absol. He has a large scar on his right cheek and another on his left eye. His left eye is basically useless to him, as it was damaged as a result of a dangerous battle. He wears a dark blue headband with a metal forehead protector with a line cut through the middle, which bears the kanji for "mountain", possibly to show where he once lived.
Personality: Shisou is cocky, but he is not one to mess around. He is confident is his abilities and his aggressive and relatively unpredictable behavior makes him a dangerous opponent.
Abilities: He has high speed and agility, as well as a lot of power, and he is able to blend in with the shadows, much like a ninja.
Bio: Shisou once lived in a mountain village in a distant land, where he was constantly picked on by other kids, causing him to become secluded from them. At the age of 5, he left his village and used a knife to slice across his protector, showing his defection from his village. He began travelling across the land, and at this age he became an accomplished assassin.
Ticklish Spots: Belly, ribs, pits, neck, sides, feet
Strengths: He is ticklish but holds back his emotions and reactions relatively well. His abilities make him a powerful foe. He is also very skilled in planning, though he only uses this type of strategizing in one of his assignments.
Weaknesses: He is headstrong and prefers to jump right into a fight rather than to think.

Name: Hinoko
Age: 15
Birthday: 10/31/1993
Species: Pachirisu, rather than the typical white-blue fur, he has black fur, a blue stripe running from his forehead to his tail, and yellow cheeks. He also has white-blue patches surrounding his eyes.
Personality: Hinoko is extremely hyper, but good-natured nonetheless. He is excitable and relatively wild-spirited. Hinoko's name suits him well as it describes his personaility (Hinoko is Japanese for "Sparks").
Abilities: He can bend electricity to his will and has amazing speed.
Bio: Hinoko was born in the Sinnoh region, nearby a power plant, in an area which had once been the location of a nuclear meltdown, which may be to blame for his unusual appearance. He was shunned as a child by other members of the population for his different appearance, and left his home looking for a place where he would be accepted even though he was different.
Ticklish spots: This little guy is literally ticklish everywhere, but can turn the tide quickly if his opponents get in the way of his tail, which has the intensity of a giant feather and becomes even more intense when he stores electricity in it.
Strengths: He is one who often tries his best to encourage his friends to never stop trying and seems capable of bringing out the best qualities of his friend Chiyuu.
Weaknesses: is sometimes too boisterous or hyperactive for his opponent

Name: Chiyuu (Chiyuu is Japanese for "wisdom and courage.")
Age: 12
Birthday: 9/4/96
Species: Mew. Chiyuu has a light-blue heart-shaped mark on her left cheek and a dark blue patch on her right eye.
Personality: Chiyuu is a sweet girl, though naive and timid. She is rarely seen alone and is extremely nervous around new people. She does however, on rare occasions, show some wisdom and courage. Otherwise, she may be seen as goofy or one to beat around the bush, but she means well with everything she says and does.
Abilities: Teleportation, transformation, manipulation of psychic abilities, and mind reading.
Bio: Chiyuu was born in the Sinnoh region in a secret pokemon preserve nearby the Tree of Beginning. One day, she was lost in a severe thunderstorm and washed up in the Hoenn region on the shore of Mirage Island. She came to PTA after spotting the area as she traveled across the sky and she hopes to make friends at her destination.
Ticklish spots: She is ticklish everywhere, but she is usually hesitant to challenge anyone unless she trusts them.
Strengths: She seems to almost always be with Hinoko, who seems capable of bringing out the best in her
Weaknesses: She is shy, and often fearful of anyone she is unfamiliar with

Name: Lightning
Age: 17
Birthday: 2/6/1992
Species: Zapdos
Personality: She is a logical thinker and is not one to beat around the bush. She is known to be strong and patient for those she holds close. She seems to be close to Torri, which suggests that prior to their past seperation, they were close friends even before then.
Abilities: She can also stay inside of Torri's pendant, but is also able to take on a pokemon form at will. She seems to be able to help Torri control her inner demon, the deadly Akki Ookami. Lightning is quite skilled in controlling electricity, capable of manipulating electricity into anything she wants.
Bio: Lightning was born and discovered to have to be able to wander between the real world and the Spirit World. Her special abilities caused her to obtain the title of a Spirit Guardian. She was chosen to be the guardian and partner of Torri after her powers were sealed in one of a set of magical pendants, which came to Earth in a comet the night Comet was born. She and Torri have been best friends now that they have been reunited.
Ticklish Spots: The usual, but she, like the others, is extremely ticklish as a result of a low tolerance from never being tickled as a child.
Strengths: knows how to use her powers and has high overall stats
Weaknesses: suffers from exhaustion if she overuses her powers

Name: Bolt
Age: 17
Birthday: 2/5/1992
Species: Raikou
Personality: Bolt is a brave-natured, if not a little headstrong, character who is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that needs one, and seems to be closest to Comet.
Abilities: Bolt seems capable of controlling electricity with expertise, and has been observed to lend his power in order to protect Comet, sometimes even taking over Comet's body whenever Comet is in need of support emotionally, but mainly in heated combat.
Bio: Bolt, like Lightning, was born with special abilities which caused him to obtain the title of Spirit Guardian. His powers were sealed within a gemstone pendant that came to Earth in a comet the night that Comet the Jolteon was born, and he has been Comet's partner, close friend, and Guardian since the night of his birth.
Ticklish Spots: The usual, but he, like the other Guardians, is extremely ticklish as a result of never building a tolerance as a child.
Strengths: Knows how to use his powers well, and is extremely fast and strong
Weaknesses: sometimes becomes exhausted if he accidentally overuses his powers

Name: Aurora
Age: 16
Birthday: 4/1/1992
Species: Suicune
Personality: Aurora is a sweet girl who never dives into a situation headfirst but prefers to weigh the situation out. She always does her best to help those she is close to, and has always been closest to Star.
Abilities: Aurora can enter and leave Star's pendant at will, and she may sometimes lend her power to help Star if she needs help emotionally, in the heat of battle, or sometimes when she asks for help even if it is a playful battle.
Bio: Aurora's background is the same as the other Guardians and has been a partner, guardian, and best friend to Star since the night she was born.
Ticklish Spots: She is the same as Bolt, Lightning, and Hope.
Strengths: is skilled at using her powers and has high overall stats
Weaknesses: sometimes becomes exhausted if she overuses her powers

Name: Hope
Age: 16
Birthday: 10/19/1992
Species: Jirachi
Personality: Hope is a deep thinker and still a wild-spirited girl. She is willing to do anything to help or to protect her friends, and has an especially deep bond with Sky.
Abilities: Hope has shown potential of being the most powerful of the Spirit Guardians. She can lend her power to Sky and has the ability to use her third eye to cause illusions similar to the Sharingan of Naruto. Her illusions can only be escaped whenever she dismisses it or her vision in her third eye is blocked by something. On extremely rare occasions, her victims have been able to escape them but only under certain circumstances. However, if she is tickled on her belly, she is unable to open her third eye, or if it is already open and engaged in an illusion, it will snap shut, proving to be one of her worst weaknesses.
Bio: She was born with special powers which allowed her to become one of the Spirit Guardians. Her powers were sealed within a gemstone pendant that fell to Earth in a meteor the night Comet was born. She has been the partner, best friend, and Guardian of Sky since the night of Sky's birth.
Ticklish Spots: She is the same as Lightning, Bolt, and Aurora. She also has a bellybutton which is unusual for a Jirachi.
Strengths: She knows how to use her powers and is especially skilled with her Sharingan
Weaknesses: suffers from exhaustion if she overuses her powers, she is unable to form illusions in a battle if her belly is targeted
